How do I update my direct debit details in My Account?

Step 1: Log in to My Account
Step 2: Select 'Billing & payments', then select 'Setup direct debit', then you'll be presented with the Set Up/Manage Direct Debit page and complete the details:
Please Note: If you have more than one account, click on the down arrow and select the account number you would like to update Direct Debit, or enter another account number by selecting Enter Another Account in the same field.
In the Payment Details section select the type of direct debit you have currently registered for and want to update, as well as how you would like to pay:
- To update Direct Debit Automatic - select Pay the total bill on the due date automatically and your preferred payment method in the I'd like to pay by field: cheque or savings account or credit card
- To update Direct Debit Fixed - select Deduct a fixed amount every fortnight or month. Fill out your preferred Payment Frequency, Amount and the First Payment Date
- To update Direct Debit Flexible - select Let me do one off payments using a cheque or savings account. Your payment method will be defaulted to pay from your cheque or savings account:
Then follow the steps below:
Step 1: In the New Direct Debit Details section (see example in Step 3 below) at the bottom of the screen, fill out the details for the preferred direct debit payment method you have just selected.
Step 2: Select 'Yes, I agree to the direct debit service agreement'
Step 3: Click 'Next':
Step 4: Review the details of your Direct Debit application to ensure they are correct. If they are not correct, click on the Back button and update your details.
Step 5: If the details are correct, click on the Submit button:
We'll notify you by email once your updated Direct Debit details have been set up.
