How do I recharge my Telstra Pre-Paid account using my credit card?
You can recharge using your credit card in one of three ways:
- Using your mobile
- By phone
You have two options for recharging online. The first is to follow the onscreen instructions on the link below:
The second is to use My Pre-Paid Online. Make sure you are a registered user first:
Step 1 of 8: Login to My Account
Step 2: On the landing page, in Recharge, click 'Recharge'
Step 3: You will be taken to My Pre-Paid Account, Recharge Options. If you have more than one Pre-Paid service, select which one you wish to manage.
Step 4: Select 'Credit Card' and click 'Next'
Step 5: Select a Recharge Amount (from $20 to $100 dollars) and click 'Next'
Step 6: Select 'New Credit Card', select the card type (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club are all accepted) and enter the credit card number, exipiry date and the verification code.
Step 7: To save these details for future use, click 'Save for future use', then click 'Next'
Step 8: Confirm the amount you want to recharge
Step 1 of 8: Open BigPond Mobile by pressing the BigPond button. If you can't access BigPond Mobile, find out how to set it up. You can also enter #100# on your mobile, then press the send/call button
Step 2: Select the 'My tab' at the top of the page. If you can't see a My tab, scroll down and select 'My Account'
Step 3: Select 'My Pre-Paid'.
Step 4: Select 'Recharge'
Step 5: Select 'Credit Card'
Step 6: Select a Recharge Amount (from $20 to $100 dollars) and click 'Next'
Step 7: Enter the Credit Card Number, expiry month and year, verification code and select 'Recharge'
Step 8: Confirm if you want to save your credit card details. To save your credit card details for future use, create a 4 digit recharge PIN. This will be used to verify your identity for future payments.
