How can I pay my Telstra bill online?

You are able to pay your Telstra bill online in 2 different ways:

Click 'Pay Now' to complete your payment. You'll be asked to enter your account number, bill number (if applicable) and payment amount. You'll find all these details on your bill.

If you'd like to automate your payments, but still have control over when and how much you pay, then you may find our Direct Debit options give you more freedom. Just visit Manage Direct Debit Options to find out more and get started.

Alternatively, you can pay your Telstra bill online in My Account.

If you haven't already done so, register for My Account. You'll need your Telstra phone number (home phone or mobile) or your Telstra account number, and an active email address.

For those who have registered, follow the below steps:

Step 1 of 2: Login to My Account or Retrieve your log in details?.

Step 2: On the landing page, in Billing & payments, click on 'Make a payment' and fill in your details.

If you have more than one account - just select which one to pay from the drop-down list 'Account number'.

If it asks you for an Alias name, this is an option you have to give your accounts a nickname to distinguish between them.
