How do I view my Telstra Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband usage?

To view your prepaid usage follow the below steps;
USB Modem Steps
  1. Plug your USB Modem in to your computer
  2. Once the Connection Manager comes up, click on Connect Now
  3. When connected, click the My Account icon
  4. Then double click on your preferred menu item and follow the prompts. My Account lets you:
    • Recharge
    • Check your balance and credit expiry
    • View your usage or recharge history
NOTE: You do not need to have credit in your account to access MyAccount but you need to be connected.
Wi-Fi Modem Steps
You can manage your Telstra Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband account at My Account for free; just make sure your Telstra Elite Pre-Paid Mobile Wi-Fi is connected to the Next G™ network.
You can visit My Account at telstra.com.au/account-services where you can:
  • Recharge your Pre-Paid account
  • Check your Pre-Paid balance and credit expiry
  • View your usage or recharge history
