How do I resolve Tablet power issues on my T-Hub 2?

We've recently identified a defect in the current T-Hub 2 version of Android (2.3.7) that's causing a power management issue, resulting in some customers being unable to turn their device on.

The following steps will assist you in working through the issue.  Once the issue has been resolved, it's best to leave the tablet to recharge overnight to make sure that the battery has fully charged.
