What can I do if I'm finding it hard to pay my bill?
If you think you'll need more time to pay, contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to arrange a payment plan for you
 
Note: If a payment of your bill is not received by the due date, you may still be charged a late payment fee.
  • For home phones, mobile and/or BigPond/Telstra internet

  • For small business phones call 13 2000 and say "payment extension"
Please remember, if the payment arrangement is not kept, you risk suspension or termination of your service/s, and you'll need to pay any early termination and/or reconnection fees that apply.
 
However, disconnecting your service is always a last resort. So even if you're doing it tough we encourage you to give us a call to work something out. 
 

The Late Payment Fee is a flat $15 fee and applies to any overdue balances of $70 or more, for both Consumer and Small Business customers.

Pensioners and customers with a Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) card will not be charged a late payment fee.
